Health information is easier to generate than a coherent care experience. We believe the important work is connecting the record, the evidence, the decision and the next responsible action. That is the system we want to build.
THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER MODEL
How we intend to earn.
Our original consumer model contemplates revenue from appropriately approved care or supplement purchases through Strand, rather than a separate AI-answer subscription. That direction remains under development, with pricing, access terms and clinical, commercial and fulfillment arrangements still to be established. A bounded operator evaluation is a separate way to test a particular workflow; it is not proof that the consumer model works.

A responsible next step needs more than an answer.

- Evidence people can inspect
- Sources, uncertainty and unresolved questions should remain visible.
- Independent clinical judgment
- Clinicians decide; no treatment and care elsewhere are valid outcomes.
- Choice after a decision
- Commercial conversion must remain separate from clinical appropriateness.

STRAND Health is led by founder Cody Peacock. Current work is pre-launch research and synthetic prototyping. We are developing the product and working to define the partnerships and responsibilities needed for a consumer service.
