FOR CLINICAL AND OPERATING PARTNERS

Build the handoffs that connected care needs.

We are exploring how permissioned consumer information, clear evidence and accountable clinical operations could work together. We welcome specific conversations with care organizations and operating partners about the gaps they see and the responsibilities they could own.

POTENTIAL ROLES / NOT A CONTRACTED NETWORK

A useful role starts with a clear responsibility.

CLINICAL ORGANIZATIONS

Own the care decision.

Help define the patient journey, professional responsibilities, clinical review and appropriate follow-up. A potential relationship needs explicit scope, jurisdiction, patient choice and accountability before any care can be offered.

CARE OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY TEAMS

Find the recurring handoff problem.

Show us a recurring information-review or handoff problem that remains after your existing tools. We can discuss whether a bounded evaluation using invented data could answer a useful operating decision.

TESTING, FULFILLMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Define what dependable delivery needs.

The planned consumer experience would need reliable diagnostic, fulfillment and information partners where those roles apply. We are exploring responsibilities and requirements, not advertising a contracted network.

THE CURRENT EVALUATION CONVERSATION

One task. A bounded question. Evidence to review.

  1. Describe one recurring task

Explain the current workaround and the decision your team needs to make.

  2. Agree what invented data can establish

Define whether a synthetic-only evaluation could answer a useful question, and what it cannot prove.

  3. Set the terms before work starts

Define scope, reviewer, acceptance, cost and terms. No standard price or delivery timeframe is offered here.

PLANNED EXPERIENCE / RESPONSIBILITY MAP

Keep the boundaries visible.

An operational experiment is useful to the wider Strand vision only when it improves a real part of the consumer journey. We want to understand who owns the handoff, what decision needs better information and whether the resulting capability can be responsibly reused.
