STRAND HEALTHCONNECTED HEALTH / IN DEVELOPMENT

THE PLATFORM / IN DEVELOPMENT

A connected path from health information to clinical action.

The STRAND vision joins five parts of the experience: permissioned information, traceable evidence, independent clinical decisions, approved care and ongoing follow-up. Each needs a clear owner, visible limits and a record of what happened.

Clinical services are not available today.

01 / CONNECT · PLANNED EXPERIENCE

Connect the picture.

Labs, medical records and device signals belong in context. Our intended information layer preserves where an item came from, when it was recorded and what remains missing. You would choose the information used for a particular purpose.

Implemented: local import of bundled synthetic fixtures. External source connections remain planned.

02 / MATCH · PLANNED EXPERIENCE

Make the reasoning inspectable.

A proposed next step should be traceable to the information and human evidence behind it. We are exploring an evidence ledger that makes the evidence type, relevance, uncertainty and unresolved questions visible for qualified review.

Planned experience · Interface concept

  1. RecordSource, date and authorized context
  2. EvidenceHuman clinical evidence, relevance and limits
  3. QuestionWhat a qualified reviewer still needs to resolve

No automated clinical evidence matching or clinical validation is claimed by this concept.

03 / DECIDE · PLANNED EXPERIENCE

Keep decisions accountable.

The planned workflow gives an independent clinician the decision. The clinician could request more information, change a proposed path, recommend care elsewhere or decide that no treatment is appropriate. The system should preserve that decision and the reason for it.

Planned experience

Independent clinician assessment
  • Approve an appropriate path
  • Change the proposed path
  • Decline treatment or recommend care elsewhere
  • Seek more information

04 / DELIVER · PLANNED EXPERIENCE

Carry an approved plan forward.

For an eligible person who chooses an approved plan, the wider vision includes the exact care item, clear costs, required testing, fulfillment responsibilities and follow-up. Where appropriate, that would include the review needed before a refill or a change in the plan. Clinical delivery and commercial arrangements still need accountable partners and defined terms.

There is no ordering, purchase, monitoring or emergency service on this website.

05 / CONTINUITY

One journey with a responsible owner at each step.

The product thesis is continuity: the source information should stay connected to the evidence, the clinician's decision and the next action. We are exploring how to make those handoffs explicit so a person can understand what was used, what was decided and who is responsible next.

This is our intended system, not a claim of demonstrated outcomes or a comparison with other products.
