STRAND HEALTHCONNECTED HEALTH / IN DEVELOPMENT

FOR YOU / THE INTENDED EXPERIENCE

Your health picture should travel with you.

A lab report in one portal. Device trends in another. A question that does not fit neatly into the next appointment. STRAND is being developed for adults who want these pieces to inform a coherent care conversation and a clear next step.

Optional research for US adults 18+ · About 5–7 minutes · Does not enroll you in care.

Pre-launch · Explore the vision and a synthetic prototype walkthrough.

FICTIONAL PERSON / INVENTED RECORDS

Follow one fictional journey.

Alex wants their questions and selected information to reach the same conversation. The preparation screens are from our private prototype; the clinical and follow-up stages show the planned experience.

01 / ACTUAL SYNTHETIC PROTOTYPE

Choose the context.

Alex selects an invented source for a preparation purpose. The interface offers invented example records; it does not authorize or connect to a person's actual records.

02 / ACTUAL SYNTHETIC PROTOTYPE

Keep the open question visible.

Alex reviews selected information and its source dates. Other sources are still missing. Missing information remains a question; it does not become an inferred clinical answer.

03 / ACTUAL SYNTHETIC PROTOTYPE

Review and carry the brief.

The demonstrated flow can save a preparation selection, reopen it after checking that its example source information has not changed and export the reviewed brief locally. It does not send the brief to a provider.

Actual reviewed synthetic preparation brief with local JSON export controls and no clinical review.

Planned experience

04 / DECIDE

A clinician makes the assessment.

An independent clinician would review the context, ask for what is missing and decide what is appropriate. No treatment, more information or care elsewhere are valid outcomes.

05 / DELIVER AND FOLLOW UP

An approved plan has a next responsible step.

If care is approved and Alex chooses it, the intended path would keep costs, testing, fulfillment and follow-up responsibilities clear. This fictional journey does not finish with a medication, purchase or health outcome.

THREE SITUATIONS WE ARE EXPLORING

Context. A considered decision. A clear next step.

01

You have information but little context

The intended experience brings selected records and signals together so you and a clinician can see what is current, what changed and what still needs clarification.

02

You want a considered care decision

We want relevant evidence and your own goals to accompany the conversation. More information does not automatically mean more treatment.

03

You want to understand what happens next

The longer-term aim is to keep the approved plan, its costs, required testing and follow-up responsibilities understandable after the decision.

COST AND CHOICE / COMMERCIAL DIRECTION

Your decision. After a clinical decision.

The model we are exploring would earn revenue from care or supplement purchases through Strand after appropriate clinical review and the person's own choice, rather than a separate subscription for AI answers. This is a commercial direction under development; no pricing or access terms have been finalized. Services and products are not available for purchase here today.

A clinical decision may mean no purchase, observation or care elsewhere. Buying through Strand must never determine what is clinically appropriate.

Help shape what comes next.

Help us understand what your current experience misses. The optional research survey is for US adults 18+ and takes about five to seven minutes. It does not enroll you in care.

Can I book care now?

No. Clinical services are not available today.

Can I upload records here?

No. Do not send medical records or private health information through this site.

Does research reserve future treatment?

No. Participation does not reserve care or promise future access.
